After a brush with the law, a hard-edged lawyer (Emilio Estevez) is tasked with coaching an ill-equipped youth hockey team on a losing streak. Reluctant at first, he soon comes to appreciate the ragtag band and resolves to lead them to victory—but to do so, he’ll have to deal with the baggage of his own hockey-playing past.
