The Middle Space -a gentle, intimate evening for anyone navigating transitions, losses, recovery, or just feeling a little lost inside.
No need to have it all figured out or share your whole story. Just show up as you are.
We’ll connect with horses to ground ourselves, share time around the fire to release what no longer serves us, enjoy guided meditation, and simply be together with light snacks, music, and conversation.
This isn’t therapy or a support group. It’s a space to breathe, connect, and remember yourself.
