Join the Metta Center for our 2nd ever market and open house. We'll be hosting vendors, having mini self care classes, and folk offering services such as massages, card readings, and more. What does Metta mean anyway? It is a Pali term representing loving kindness, an important part of Buddism. When we say we want to "bring metta back" we intend it in two ways: to bring the concept of loving kindness to the general public and to also show the community what our center has become through the intense energy shift we've gone through the last few years.
