Fly, with no experience necessary! In our Acro Yoga class, you will work in safe and collaborative small groups. Each week you will workshop a different skill with Tricia and Andre. You will be shown modifications as well as progressions to make the sessions both accessible to beginners and challenging for everyone. Acro Yoga is a fun way to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. It's also an advanced course in communication and body awareness skills since you'll be learning to move in coordination with another person!
