Aerial Yoga: Low & Slow (Restorative)

Whether new to aerial or needing to practice more self care, this is the aerial yoga class for you. All levels and ages enjoy the silky slow, mindful movements low to the ground, allowing the swing to cradle and support you. Poses flow as you focus on movements that create gentle mobility and body awareness. Mindfulness techniques and guided meditation/śavāsana in the hammock included!
