If your days have been gray since the loss of your loved one, join us for a night of spiritual connection. Plentitude will present a new approach to Life after Life, explore new ways to continue to stay connected to your loved one, while learning new concepts that can lead you towards brighter days.
This one-hour Grieving Circle will include 3 ceremonies- Grief Meditation, Indigenous Reiki, Native Sound Healing and Blessing rooted in Yoeme Tradition.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, water and a picture or item of your loved one.
