Join us every Monday 4- 6 p.m. last pinning is at 5:15 p.m.) and Wednesday at 11 a.m. for auricular acupuncture. Auricular acupuncture is a traditional technique that supports whole-body wellness by stimulating specific points on the ear.
In each calming group session, tiny, sterile needles are gently placed on key ear points. This helps: regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and promote emotional balance.
You’ll be guided to a comfortable seated or reclining position and simply invited to relax. There’s no need to “do” anything—just rest and allow the treatment to support your nervous system.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tense, or anxious, these sessions offer a quiet space to reset and restore.
After your session, enjoy a brief one-on-one check-in with Joyce. Then, feel free to linger—sip a cup of tea, connect with others, or take a quiet moment to read or journal.
