Each Saturday, we spotlight a different service profession-teachers, healthcare workers, mental health professionals, first responders, and more. These honored guests are invited to attend class for free as a small thank you for their dedication to our Sangha (community).Everyone is welcome —whether to move, breathe, or simply show appreciation.
