Welcome to The Mental Wellbeing Club™ in Macclesfield.

We are a local, community-based space hosted by Hannah Beko, a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and Certified Trauma Informed Coach/Facilitator who has spent 10 years working with clients on chronic stress, burnout, and much more.

In a world of overstretched systems and growing levels of stress, anxiety, and disconnection, this club offers a safe space where you can meet others, learn practical tools, and reconnect with yourself without diagnosis, pressure, or judgment.

This is two hours for you and includes time for a drink and a casual chat and time to learn some new tools for stress and anxiety reduction and managing our nervous systems better so that we can handle the everyday, a little more easily.

If you've ever felt that you've tried, counselling, therapy, Medic*tion, or all of them but something isn't quite shifting, this will be for you!

We meet monthly on the last Sunday of the month from 2pm to 4pm at the brilliant Pause Studio in Dukes Court, Macclesfield.

We are also running a group in Alderley Edge monthly on a Monday evening and launching in Manchester City Centre.
