The Mending Booth at Marquette Waterfront Festival

Find Maggie McGlenn, local costume designer and seamstress, near the Cottonwood Stage at Waterfront Saturday and Sunday hosting a clothing repair station. She’ll help you patch, darn, hem, replace a button, etc.
For alterations or repairs requiring a machine, leave your garment with her and pick it up on your way out of the festival. Alterations are pay what you can and advice is free!
Please also consider donating your old, gently loved, festival t-shirts to Maggie. She will turn them into a quilt that will be raffled off at the Orton Park auction. Just swing by her tent or the MNA tent to drop them off!
