The Medicine is Within You

This weekend retreat is for you if:

• You're a caring, deep woman
• You love movement and you'd love to connect more deeply with your body
• You're craving a more feminine (less linear) approach to movement
• You're interested in releasing the energetic shards of the patriarchy that create overrides (moving faster than you can feel)
• You're ready to go deeper into nourishing yourself from the inside-out
• You want to feel the safety, warmth, and sacredness of being in a circle of women
• You don't take yourself or your practice too seriously

Payment:

This is a pay-what-you-can and pay-what-you-want retreat. There is a non-refundable deposit of $350 to hold your space. At the end of the weekend, based on what you're able to budget and also what you feel in your heart was the value of what you received, you'll get a payment link to pay the balance for the retreat, and the amount is up to you. This might be anywhere from $250 - $1250, or anything in between, or more or less.

What we'll be doing:

Embodied movement, breath, sound, earth resonance, Deep Nourishment® body meditation, laughter, play, moving slowly, embodying the elements of nature, learning to feel deeply nourished from the inside out.

Logistics:

Timing is Friday 11 am - 1 pm & 2 - 4:30 pm

Satuday 10 am - 1 pm & 2 - 4:30 pm, 6- 8 pm (fireside dinner and optional hot tub included)

Sunday 10 am - 1 pm & 2 - 4:30 pm

Retreat includes:

3-day immersion

Snacks & Herbal Teas

Cozy fireside dinner Saturday night + optional hot tub

Accomodations

Other meals besides Saturday dinner
