New Year's Day Live Bob Marley & Pink Floyd Music, Somatics & Sound Bath

Come join us at The Belfry in Sisters for two special New Year's Day classes with Kevin Kraft and Pete Kartsounes. This is a special event to kick off the New Year with a bang! We'll be grooving to the live music tunes of Bob Marley and Pink Floyd, by Grammy nominated Pete Kartsounes, immersing ourselves in the healing power of these amazing lyrics, and releasing through somatic movement to prepare the body for the sound both. Once the body is tapped, shaken and stretched, we allow the participants to drift far away in a relaxing sound bath with over 30 instruments like gongs, singing bowls, drums, flutes, harmonium and other specialized sounds. It's going to be a day filled with good vibes, great music, and rejuvenation for the mind, body, and soul. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and eye cover. No experience necessary and all body types welcome.

Two seperate classes. $35 each or $60 for both.
