The Measurement Academy: Measure for Impact

February 19 - March 21, 2025.

This course takes you on a four-week skill-building learning journey, providing you with a repeatable process for measurement strategy and execution.

You’ll learn to:

• Connect your Learning & Development (L&D) programs to real business outcomes
• Conduct business alignment and performance consulting sessions
• Create a detailed Measurement Map®

Week One—Business Impact

Explore the basics of measurement frameworks and gain insights into the criteria for a casual argument—setting a firm foundation in measurement that is carried throughout the experience.

Week Two—Introduction to Measurement

Experience an overview of the logic model. Learn how to read and interpret a Measurement Map and how to connect a Measurement Mapping Stakeholder Meeting.

Week Three—Build a Measurement Map

Use the assets provided in a full case study to create a draft Measurement Map.

Week Four—Refine and Submit Your Map

Receive feedback from measurement coaches and collaborate with others to practice telling the story of your Measurement Map before submitting it for evaluation.

Measure for Impact begins with a 30-minute "Start Strong" welcome session on February 19, 2025 (9:00-9:30 am EST).

Your timing investment is approximately three to four hours per week, including live sessions. Live sessions are scheduled for:

• Thursday, Thursday, March 13, 2025 (9:00-10:00 am EDT) | Spark Session

• Thursday, Thursday, March 20, 2025 (9:00-10:00 am EDT) | Presentation Day
