The Loving Relationships Training

The Loving Relationships Training, is a heart-centered, experiential weekend focused on understanding relationship patterns and creating more clarity, compassion, and connection — whether in partnerships, family, friendships, work relationships, or even the relationship we have with ourselves.

Our subconscious holds keys to our emotional freedom, but we often don't know what is in it! The LRT will guide you through the maze to find answers.

Many of the ways we relate to others were learned long before we had the awareness to understand them.

Here are five signs that some of your relationship patterns may be operating unconsciously:

1. The same conflicts keep appearing in different relationships.

Even when the people change, the situation somehow feels familiar.

2. You react strongly to certain behaviors.

Sometimes our reactions are bigger than the moment itself.

3. You find yourself giving more than you receive.

Over-giving can sometimes come from a desire to feel valued or appreciated.

4. You feel misunderstood even when you try to communicate clearly.

This can happen when deeper emotional patterns are underneath the conversation.

5. You often think, “Why does this keep happening to me?”

The encouraging news is that once we become aware of these patterns, we gain the freedom to choose something different.
