IRON HOUSE GAMES- THE LONGEST MILE + COOKOFF!
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION, There are a lot of details to this event.
Registration will open August 5th and close September 15th.
CAPPED AT 25 TEAMS, co-ed only.
I will post the google form to register on the event page next Wednesday, August 5th at 1:00pm.
Registration will be $100 per team and must be paid to confirm your spot on the roster.
Team registration will include 2 lululemon event shirts.
We are excited to announce that this event will benefit the DREAMS foundation of Acadiana. We will explain how and why in a video next week!
We are doing something different this year and including a cookoff during the event! The cookoff will be “Anything over rice” and capped at 8 teams. We are finalizing the cookoff details and those will be added next week also!
THE LONGEST MILE-
This will be a co-ed, relay style event. (You go, I go.)
The exact details of the event (implements used and sequence) will not be discussed until the morning of.
We will give the necessary standards/weights for each division so you know what division to sign up for and if you will be able to complete the event. This will be posted by Monday the 3rd once we confirm the weights.
We plan to run 3 lanes at a time with a 40 min time cap.
This will be an outdoor event and you will be expected to run in the back parking lot (gravel).
Both teammates will need to be capable of:
Climbing
Carrying
Dragging
Sandbag loading
Box step ups
Run
