The Long Exhale: Golden Hour Sound Bath at the Park
About this Event
___
There's a version of Friday where you get home, mean to rest, and somehow end up scrolling until midnight anyway.
This is the other version.
You lie back on a mat in the grass, close your eyes, and for about an hour I'll play a spread of instruments, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and a few things you probably won't recognize but will feel right in your chest. There's even a singing bowl large enough to stand inside, so you can opt to feel the sound move through you, not just hear it. You don't have to do anything. No poses, no breathing you have to get right. The sound does the work. Most people drift somewhere between awake and asleep and come back feeling deeply refreshed.
Everything is provided; mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows all laid out and waiting for you. Just come as you are, straight from work is completely fine, and bring a friend if you'd like someone to walk back to the car with afterward, quiet and a little dazed.
Spots are limited to keep it small, so reserve yours before they're gone.
Important:
We'll gather at the informational sign in the Shorefield area, then walk over together to a quiet, secluded spot in the grass. Arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled before we start.
What to bring:
Yourself and something comfortable to wear. That's it.
