After having their gig rescheduled multiple times and eventually cancelled due to that pesky pandemic, The Live Oaks finally make their way to the Crazy Horse four years later. Good things come to those who wait! Led by the soulful vocal presence of Evan Lanam from behind the drum kit, this Bay Area band has a lot of pent-up energy to fuel a funky, soulful night of Americana rock and rootsy folk grooves. Their original songs have an instant familiarity and the occasional cover is tastefully chosen. The Live Oaks craft a timeless feel and are all about having fun.
