It’s about them, not you.

Most listing presentations are about the agent. The best ones are about the seller. They start with questions that make a seller feel heard before they ever see a comp.

Together we’ll walk through:

• The appointment before the appointment: what to know before you knock
• Discovery questions, plus three follow-ups that work on any answer
• What sets you apart, closed with one simple question
• The power of a team: the 180 tasks behind every listing, and who carries them
• Handling questions mid-presentation without losing the room
• Kitchen-table objections: commission, the agent who promised more, and “we put too much into this house”

Then we practice it live: paired role play with a seller relocating on military PCS orders.

You’ll leave with a discovery question card, the presentation delivered out loud at least twice, and a night-before prep checklist.

You might have given a hundred presentations, or you might be getting ready for your first. Come sharpen the first ten minutes, because that’s where listings are won. Agents from every brokerage are welcome.
