The Listening Hour is a monthly gathering held on the first Friday of each month, created as a sacred pause to soften, settle, and return inward.

This intimate evening gently weaves together intuitive meditation and a soothing sound bath, guiding participants into deep relaxation and quiet awareness. Rather than effort or striving, this experience invites listening, sensing, and allowing.

Designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, The Listening Hour creates space for clarity, insight, and inner connection. Each gathering is unique, shaped by the energy of the group and the present moment.

This special collaboration is facilitated in partnership with Anny Monsalve of YoSiendoYo, blending mindful presence with healing sound in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and deeply supportive.
