Drumroll please....Come and join me in this monthly community hearted space for some exploration of how to find presence, space and stillness in this increasingly busy world.
I will be holding space for you with meditations, breathwork (including conscious connected breathwork), and small group discussions for a focus on social change and whole community health.
This is a mixed space, all bodies welcome, and I offer sliding scale payments from as little as £15 per person.
