Creative Journalling

Starting Thursday 6th November and running for 4 conseuctive weeks this in person CPD will show you how to use creative journalling as part of your self care routine as well as how you can offer it to client.

I have been using journallng since I was a child and have always found it a useful tool to process feelings and as part of my practice with clients. I am exctied to bring this topic to you in this 4 week CPD.

During this course we will work with different journal prompts to explore our self care.

You will need to provide your own journal but all other materials will be provided, including tea and coffee. The bar will be open at the club should you wish to purchase other refreshments.

Numbers are limited to ensure that this is a safe space for exploration.

CPD cerdificates for 8 hours will be issued at the end of the 4 week course.
