Here at First Draft we really advocate for young & independent artists, and our friends at GreenCap Productions are making a short film. If you’ve been to one of our larger events (EG Pride) then you will have noticed Omar & Luke behind their cameras!
“The Light That Keeps Us Apart” is an apocalyptic short film about a couple forced to live indoors after sunlight has become deadly, and the emotional distance that grows between them as they fight to stay connected. The story was inspired by the feeling of sharing the same space with someone yet drifting apart, and by how isolation and fear can transform love.
Join us for a fun evening, including screenings of their other short films, a film quiz & a special sun-themed food & cocktails!
