"Adventurous Baby Yoga" is for little adventurers age 6 to 18 months, or once babies are crawling. Lively yoga moves for baby and mum, singing, laughter and connection! We use more props and more active movements such as swinging, and stronger movements for mum too. Also enjoy some well deserved relaxation time together to close the class.
