The Lift Project

The Lift Project is a new and positive approach to mental well-being. It is a lifestyle education program that uniquely combines science-based strategies from research in Neuroscience, Lifestyle Medicine, and Positive Psychology.

The program has 10 fun and fascinating lessons presented weekly over 10 weeks. Each lesson will explore a science-based way to lift your mood and your life, and at the end of each lesson, you’ll be given some simple challenges to try out for yourself.

The effectiveness of The Lift Project has been published in multiple scientific studies, showing significant reductions in depression, anxiety, and stress and significant improvements in positive aspects of mental health such as vitality and life satisfaction.

This group program is FREE of charge by our partner Full Plate Livig, and each participant will receive a free workbook in digital format.

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Darren Morton - an internationally recognized expert in well-being and Lifestyle Medicine - The Lift Project has already lifted over fifty thousand lives in many countries around the world, in healthcare settings, workplaces, schools, universities, churches, non-profit organizations, and community centers.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Ash Garg, MD, a double board-certified family and lifestyle medicine physician, will present The Lift Project in person from March to May 2025.
