This October 8–12, we’re gathering for something truly special: the Life-Force Academy Immersion at the Art of Living Retreat Center, nestled atop the ancient, sacred Blue Ridge Mountains in Boone, North Carolina.
This is not your average retreat. It’s a living experience — a rare opportunity to step out of the chaos of daily life and into a space where your mind, body, and spirit can recalibrate, rejuvenate, and remember what really matters.
Over five immersive days, we’ll move through a yogic journey inspired by the planetary energies — from the expansive field of Jupiter, to the fierce fire of Mars, to the steady wisdom of Saturn and the deep peace of the Moon. Each day is a transmission, a gateway into deeper presence, greater vitality, and a more purposeful way of living.
You’ll experience profound yogic practices with Jai Dev Singh, uplifting live music, nourishing meals, beautiful nature trails, and the loving energy of a global community gathering in person — many for the first time.
This is the first time we’re holding an immersion at this extraordinary retreat center, founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This place wasn’t just built — it was consecrated. The land itself holds a frequency of healing and transformation. It’s quiet. It’s elevated. It’s alive.
People will be traveling from all over — longtime practitioners, first-timers, and everyone in between. This experience meets you exactly where you are. You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi. You just need to bring your sincere self and your willingness to grow.
