Bring what ever is happening in your life and put it in motion. Ann Kite is a master teacher who offers a dynamic, deep, lively movement practice that invites you into presence and embodiment, supporting you to discover yourself at your most fluid, creative, and alive. As we move, we explore different ways of being in the world, bringing more of ourselves — body, heart, mind, and soul — into motion. The practice has no steps to learn, and it can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience.
Our dance is both an individual and a collective experience. How much you choose to interact with others is always up to you. We simply ask that you come with heartfelt respect for yourself and for every other person on the floor. Ann will be there to guide and support you in going deeper into your experience, when you’re ready.
The Let Go can be practiced by anyone — no matter your background or level of experience.
