Join us for a transformative afternoon of faith, flow, and feminine strength at the Flow & Faith Beauty & Wellness Pop-Up, hosted by Cache Johnson and Indigo Hall—two women dedicated to curating spaces that celebrate wellness, sisterhood, and spiritual renewal.

This experience will feature a 60-minute Yogalates session guided by Alexx Jenkins (@alexxthickness)—a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to balance the body, strengthen the core, and renew the spirit.
Alexx’s class will be both beginner-friendly and engaging for experienced participants, blending mindfulness, strength, and movement practices that align beautifully with the Flow & Faith mission.

• A thoughtfully structured 60-minute Yogalates session led by Alexx Jenkins

• Matcha pop-up experience with refreshments provided by After School Coffee House (@afterschoolcoffeehouse)

Please arrive 30 minutes early to settle in, sip some matcha, and prepare for class. Bring your own mat and any props you enjoy using (some items may be provided by the venue).
