The Kind Body Club: Hot Chocolate Walk

As the days get darker and busier, we’re taking things back to basics with a gentle stroll through central Edinburgh - hot chocolate in hand (optional, but encouraged). No agenda, and no pace to keep up with. Just a chance to meet new faces, enjoy the Christmas lights, try to avoid the crowds, and remember that movement can be simple, grounding, and joyful.

• 6:00–6:30 pm: Arrive at Knoops Chocolaterie whenever you like, grab a hot chocolate if you fancy
• 6:30 pm: We’ll set off on our little walking route — keeping things relaxed and trying our best to dodge the crowds
• 6:30–7:30 pm: Gentle strolling, chatting, light-spotting, and enjoying the city together
• 7:30 pm: Wrap-up (with the option to peel off earlier if you need, or try to find us en route… good luck 😉

Anyone who:

• Wants to try The Kind Body Club without jumping straight into a movement session
• Would enjoy a relaxed, no-pressure way to connect with others
• Likes the idea of a simple December ritual that’s grounding rather than overwhelming

• Warm layers
