From Scotland to Singapore: Lessons in Global MedTech Innovation

Join us for an inspiring Fireside Chat with the Scottish founders who took part in Techscaler Singapore 2025, our international programme designed to help growth-stage startups expand into Asia’s thriving innovation landscape.

Through Techscaler International, we aim to maximise Scotland’s startup potential by building global connections that fuel growth, investment, and innovation. Singapore, recognised as one of Asia’s leading tech hubs, offers startups access to world-class infrastructure, a dynamic multicultural market, and pathways into the wider Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

In this session, we’ll hear directly from the founders who joined the Singapore cohort to explore opportunities across MedTech, Energy, and Life Sciences. They’ll share their experiences of connecting with local investors, partners, and customers, and reflect on how international learning can accelerate Scotland’s role in global healthcare and climate innovation.

The Hybrid Fireside Chat is designed for early-stage and growth-stage tech founders, investors, and ecosystem builders across the UK.

It will be particularly valuable for founders seeing early traction in their product who are curious about the mindsets, methodologies, and technology developments driving startups in global ecosystems like Singapore in 2025.

This event is also ideal for those interested in how international market exposure can help Scottish founders secure investment, access global markets, and better understand customer pain points.

The Techscaler Singapore Fireside Chat will take place in-person at CodeBase Edinburgh and will also be streamed online via Zoom.
