🗓 Optional In-Person Practice at the McNeese Rec Complex:​

Monday, September 7th from 9am-noon

We ask that you wear a t-shirt or tank representing your high school team or studio.

🎉 Event Day - September 12th:

The day kicks off with stretch and run through with the Cowgirl Kickers in the MRec. We will then move over to The Pride of McNeese (TPoM) practice. After practice TKE participants will be dismissed for lunch - you are welcomed to stay at the MRec to change and freshen up for the game or you can leave and meet us later at the Townsley Law Arena. These times will be announced as soon as TPoM puts out their weekly schedule!

At 3pm, we invite you to join us for the Cowboy Walk near the Alumni Grove on Blue and Gold Drive. Next, explore the tailgate areas with family, friends, and the Kickers. The real excitement begins with a performance by the Cowgirl Kickers and TPoM in the Alumni Grove at 4pm followed by Parade March throughout the tailgaters. (TKE participants will not perform at the Alumni Grove, but will participate in the Parade March.) A quick break for refueling and water, then into the stadium! You will have reserved seating for the first half of the game to have a chance to watch the pregame show, the first quarter sideline performances, and the quater timeout performance. Next, you will prepare with the team for the HALFTIME PERFORMANCE! After halftime, you are welcome to watch the rest of the game with your family, explore on your own around the stadium, or relocate with the Kickers to the south side of the stadium for more sideline performances.

Dinner and shirt are included in the cost of registration.

For the performance please wear a black sports bra with a black tennis skirt. The performance shirt will be handed out the day of the event. Hair should be worn down or half up (no full pony tails) and makeup should be of performace quality. Earrings are optional but should be a stud or small hoop. Please wear no show socks with white or neutral tennis shoes. Poms will be provided for the performance.

Families and friends wishing to witness your performance should purchase game tickets. GA tickets are suggested since we can not tell you now exactly what yardline you will perform on. In the North GA section we will reserved space for parents of TKE performers.
