THE JOURNEY is a deeply immersive experience designed for those who feel called to go beyond the noise of the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom, truth, and mystery that lives within the heart.

Through the powerful combination of vigorous Conscious Connected Breathwork, sacred sound, ceremony, meditation, ritual, reflection, nature, and conscious community, we create a safe and intentional container where healing, insight, and transformation can naturally unfold.

This is an opportunity to step away from our overthinking minds and enter a sacred space where you can be present, soften, release, listen deeply, and remember who you truly are beneath the roles, expectations, and stories that we think define us.

At the heart of THE JOURNEY is Conscious Connected Breathwork—a powerful somatic practice that uses a continuous rhythmic breathing pattern to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and emotional energy, and access deeper states of awareness, clarity, and connection.

As the breath deepens, the mind gradually softens its grip. Mental chatter quiets. The body begins to release what it no longer needs to carry. Many participants describe the experience as moving out of their heads and into their hearts.

What was once hidden beneath the noise becomes accessible.

Insight emerges.

Emotion moves.

The body remembers.

The heart begins to speak.

And within that space, the mystery reveals itself—not as something outside of you, but as something that has been waiting patiently within you all along.

Supported by an extraordinary sonic landscape of crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, monochord, handpan, chimes, ocean drum, rain instruments, and other sacred tools, we enter a multidimensional field of resonance that supports the body in softening, awareness in expanding, and the nervous system in returning to balance.

Ceremony creates the container.

Sound provides the pathway.

Breath becomes the gateway.

Your presence becomes the medicine.

Sharing creates connection.

LOCATION-

WHAT TO BRING-

• Water bottle with lid

• Comfortable clothing and light layers

• Optional pillow and eye mask (if you have special ones otherwise, they are provided)

• Journal

• An open heart and willingness to receive

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, settling in, and arriving fully present for the experience. The Journey is approximately 5 hours in length. If possible, leave space afterward for rest, reflection, journaling, hydration, time in nature, or simply being with whatever continues to unfold. The effects of breathwork and sound often continue long after the experience itself has ended.
