There are moments in life when we long for more than just answers — we long for a doorway.
A doorway into deeper rest, higher wisdom, and the guidance of Spirit.
Step through this doorway and you will find your sacred space.
✨ We will begin with Yoga Nidra, the ancient practice of yogic rest that invites your body to surrender, your nervous system to reset, and your soul to rise into clarity. It is a journey into the space between waking and dreaming — where deep healing, renewal, and connection to your inner wisdom naturally unfold.
Within this healing cocoon, the veil between conscious and subconscious softens, and the inner voice of truth becomes clear.
✨ From there, I will open my spiritual toolbox — sharing the practices, teachings, and sacred ways that guided me onto my own spiritual path more than 20 years ago. My heart always knew, but these tools became the map, the grounding, and the compass that allowed me to truly walk the way of Spirit.
This is a workshop like no other.
These practices became my anchoring point in moments of doubt and illuminating the path forward when I couldn’t yet see.
