About this Event
Individuals with Down syndrome have over a 90% lifetime risk of Alzheimer's disease. Help raise awareness in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) communities by learning to:
-Identify signs
-Obtain an accurate diagnosis
-Manage symptoms
-Access resources
Join us for one of the hybrid-format events to engage with community members and experts, including Drs. Heather Snyder and Brian Chicoine. Additionally, hear insights from a family member and a IDD service provider.
Join us either in person at Elder Source 10688 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257 or virtually via Zoom.
