Welcome to the Free 12-Week Yoga Moai at The Center of Hope at Emmett Reed!

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience at 1093 W 6th St. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is open to all levels. Take a break from your busy schedule and focus on your mind, body, and soul.

Our skilled instructors will guide you through various poses and breathing techniques to help you find inner peace and improve your flexibility. Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle!

No class on March 25th (spring break). Feel free to come to one session or all 12 and start or stop whenever you need to.
