Touch Consent
I consent to appropriate physical touch during the session to support and facilitate my experience. I will communicate any boundaries or discomfort to the facilitator.

Health and Medical Disclosure
I affirm that I am in good physical, emotional, and mental health to participate. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and I have disclosed all relevant medical or psychological conditions. If necessary, I have obtained clearance from my physician.

Loud Music Acknowledgement
I understand that loud music may be used during the session. I accept responsibility for managing my comfort level and will inform the facilitator if adjustments are needed.

No Guarantees
I acknowledge that Awaken Expand Ascend LLC and The Inner Method, LLC and their facilitators do not guarantee any specific outcomes. This session is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Photo and Video Consent
I consent to being photographed and/or filmed during sessions for promotional or educational purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and understand I will not receive compensation.

Periodic Information Consent
I consent to receive periodic information, including updates on upcoming sessions, via email or text message (standard message and data rates may apply).

Legal Claims Consent
I agree not to sue or bring claims against Awaken Expand Ascend LLC, The Inner Method, LLC, its instructors, or any associated entities for any injury, death, or property damage that may occur.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awaken Expand Ascend LLC, The Inner Method, LLC, its instructors, and any associated entities from any costs or damages arising from my participation.

For your safety and well-being, this session is not recommended if you have or have experienced any of the following:

• Epilepsy
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Cardiovascular diseases (including prior heart attack)
• History of strokes, TIAs (mini-strokes), or seizures
• Mental health disorders such as manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, or psychotic episodes
• Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years
• Terminal illness
• Last trimester of pregnancy
