The Otdushi Practice and The Valley Om invite you to The Inner Harvest, a 90-minute immersive autumn experience created to help you slow down, turn inward, and honor everything this year has brought into your life.
Surrounded by the warm glow of nearly 100 candles, we’ll explore what you wish to preserve, what you’re ready to release, and what you want to nurture in the season ahead.
The experience will weave together:
� Five-senses activation
� Guided meditation and visualization
� Hypnosis
� Music and drumming
� Reflective journaling
� Gentle body movement
� Intention setting
This is a fuller immersive experience shared within a welcoming circle of up to 20 participants.

The experience will be facilitated by Yulia Otdushi, M.S.Ed., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Hypnotist, and Guide, in collaboration with The Valley Om.
