A Moment of Gratitude

A Moment of Gratitude is a monthly invitation to slow down, open up, and remember what matters most. Each time, we'll open with a conversation about gratitude (why it matters and how it helps us), move mindfully together, lean into expressing gratitude creatively, and close in a Gratitude Circle. By the end of this session, you'll have learned different ways to notice the small gratitudes in everyday life.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
