Join us for a transformative experience on the iconic Grouse Grind — where fitness becomes more than physical, and the mountain becomes the medicine.

The Inner Ascent is a guided journey through frequency, movement, and nature, designed to help you reconnect with your body, reset your mindset, and realign your energy. As we ascend the mountain, we will move through each chakra frequency—from Root to Crown—using intentional sound healing, guided reflection, and conscious movement to create a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Led by Riennahs Healing, this experience is about reshaping your perspective on fitness—not as punishment, but as healing. Through powerful guidance and energetic intention, you’ll be invited to release mental blocks, strengthen your inner dialogue, and experience movement as a form of self-connection, empowerment, and transformation.

This is more than a hike—it is an immersive journey through sound, frequency, and the healing energy of nature. Surrounded by the forest, the mountain, and a community of like-minded people focused on wellness and growth, you’ll experience fitness in a completely new way.

We begin with an opening introduction circle at the base of the mountain, creating space to connect and set intention for the climb ahead. Together, we journey upward—physically and energetically—and close with a group share circle at the summit, reflecting on the climb and the breakthroughs discovered along the way.
