The Hotdish is back for year! This is a gravel event held in Winona, MN. There’s 3 courses to choose from, the 50k, 100k, and the 100 miler. All of them feature beautiful bluff views and Hotdish served at the end of the ride. There’s overnight camping before the event and Friday night activities as well at Brigg’s Outdoors.
