TENDING TO OUR NEEDS, FLOURISHING IN WHOLENESS

Together we will foster community, conversation and inner interconnection, join us as we craft a life where we find ourselves at the center, asking ourselves what do I need? What is possible?
Over the next weekend we will be looking at ourselves and our relationships and how some of our needs play out in our daily lives, how they affect our self-esteem , our relationship, our beliefs and our mindsets and emotional life.
we will use a whole person approach to do this
the topics we will be looking at are ,safety, rest ,substance ,belonging and connection ,love and sovereignty ,each of these there will be an exercise of some sort to integrate the knowledge and deepen and connect it to our own individual story.
There will be times for sharing, to talk into that experience, if anything comes up that has surprised you or something you notice et cetera.

The Hive weekend is a time to explore how your core needs influence your daily life, relationships, beliefs, and emotional well-being. We'll take a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of your being..

We will be exploring areas of healing, trauma and family of origin work, inner child and boundary work. When you book for this program you will be asked to sign a declaration of healthy self-care understanding.
