This is a dance workshop using playful contemporary improv exercises and mindful somatic practices. Participants will be invited to move through the space but it is appropriate to all ages and abilities. Children welcome!Release tension, embrace joy, and build connection. Open to all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
Places are limited due to the size of the space, max 20 people, message me to secure a spot - otherwise first come first served :)
