Beloved local Historian and Author Ginny Hall puts the "story" in "history." This community-building Library Foundation fundraiser, in collaboration with the Delavan Historical Society, will shine a light on how parks have played, and still play, a significant role in the history of Delavan. Parks nourish every season of life. They tie a community together through beauty, nature, play, ... and interesting characters. Ginny will share the engaging histories of a selection of local parks while weaving fun facts and fascinating characters into the tales.Date: May 2, 2026

Location: Town Bank Community Room

Cost: $25 each or 2 tickets for $40*
(Every purchased entry includes a ticket in a "split the pot" raffle to be awarded following the presentation. Additional tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the event.)
