The study of the psyche as a perennial concept has shifted constantly for many centuries leading up to the conception of modern psychology. In this lecture we will delve into these ideas of subconscious regions and internal states in an effort to resolve the question that esotericism has always hoped to answer. How can we radically change ourselves as a being?Although forming a part of a larger series of lectures on esotericism, this lecture can be enjoyed without preliminary knowledge, and if it interests you, further talks can be attended to.
Following the lecture, we will also participate in a short group meditation with the goal of putting theory to practice - uncovering for ourselves our own intrinsic nature. If you're interested, then come join Room 7 at St Werburghs community center in Bristol. Donation based classes will run every Tuesday starting at 7:30pm
