Balmy summer evenings are a beautiful time to stroll at night, but a closer look reveals a secret side of wildlife in the city that appears after dark. As the city lights meet the stars, bats, cicadas, katydids, fireflies and other nocturnal creatures emerge from their slumbers, giving new meaning to “the city that never sleeps”!
Join Gabriel on a starlit stroll through Central Park. He’ll teach you how to find and identify bats using a special echolocation-listening device and will point out numerous other natural wonders along the way, bringing you a safe distance to all the diverse creatures of the city night.
