Museum Of Natural History Scavenger Hunt

Get ready to unlock secrets, solve puzzles, and make new friends in one of NYC’s most iconic landmarks! Join us for an unforgettable afternoon at the American Museum of Natural History, where you’ll become part of a thrilling mystery—and a whole lot of fun!

You will help solve a mystery while socializing and exploring the many halls with other fun people. You will be teamed up with others (unless you already have a team) and set out on an afternoon adventure that you won’t forget!

The hunt will take you through the many exhibits at the museum as you look for clues and answers to the questions about what our victim did that day. Each team will have 90 minutes to follow the social media postings from that day to find as many clues as possible. At the end of your time you will return to a designated area to put together your final answers. While we tally up the scores you can enjoy food and drinks.

The Story:
Dino Dave is an avid member of dozens of meet up groups. He is also a huge fan of the Museum of Natural History where several meet up groups are hosting a scavenger hunt. Sadly for Dave he has made more enemies than friends at past meet up events because of his abrasive and inappropriate behavior. Dave registered in the morning but never made it back. It is up to you and your team to find out what happened! You may even be part of the plot and not even know it!

How does it work? We will put you on a team (if you don’t already have one) and give your team a sheet with about 30 different clues that you will need to find the answers to in the museum.
Can I come alone? Yes, most guests do. It’s a great way to meet new people and have fun!
What should I wear? It’s a weekend. Be casual and comfortable. You will be doing a lot of walking in the museum so wear comfortable shoes.
