A Mile. A Weight. A Challenge.Start your Easter weekend strong with a simple, but powerful challenge.
Hosted by Coach Nicole, here’s your challenge: Carry weight for one mile.
Walk it. Jog it. Push yourself.
Participants will choose an object or piece of equipment to carry and complete a mapped one-mile route starting and finishing at BFT Lincoln. The goal isn’t speed, but rather going for grit, endurance, and finishing together as a community.
You decide the weight.
You decide the pace.
You finish the mile.
This event is free and open to the entire community, so bring your family and friends with you and take on the challenge together.
