The Heartspace Breathwork Experience
About this Event
What is The Heartspace Breathwork Experience?
The Heartspace Breathwork Experience is a cathartic, heart-centered journey weaving together breathwork, yoga, somatic movement, and guided journaling to help you reconnect with the innate wisdom of your heart and the deeper truths of your highest self. Through conscious breathing, intentional movement, and reflection, you’ll soften the mind and deepen your connection with yourself. This experience invites you to tune into what your heart is asking you to see, feel, and move through. The breathwork journey blends Conscious Connected Breathwork, kumbhaka (intentional breath retention), and restorative breathing techniques.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic flow of breath without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This breathing pattern can help shift your awareness beyond habitual thought patterns and bring you into closer contact with your emotions, body, and inner experience. The practice creates space to explore what may be beneath the surface, invite emotional release, and cultivate greater clarity, self-awareness, and connection.
