Join Her Journey Pilates at Charleston Birth Place for a FREE prenatal Pilates class designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected to your changing body throughout pregnancy!
Whether you're in your first trimester or getting ready to meet your little one, this gentle, pregnancy-friendly class will focus on building strength, improving posture, connecting with your deep core and pelvic floor, and helping you move with more comfort and confidence as your body changes.
No Pilates experience is needed - just come as you are! This is a great opportunity to try prenatal Pilates, meet other local moms-to-be, and enjoy some time to focus on yourself and your growing baby.
