✨The Heart of the Elder: Embracing Ourselves as Elders✨Are you longing for a meaningful, creative way to meet the journey of aging? Do you sense a deeper wisdom emerging within you — and want a space to explore it?
There comes a time in life when we are called to slow down, listen deeply, and honor the wisdom that rises from decades of living. The Heart of the Elder is a gentle and soulful in-person workshop that invites us into that space of reflection, connection, and creative inquiry.
This experience is for those who feel the stir of transition — an inner invitation to explore what it means to age with presence, purpose, and embodied wisdom. Together we will engage the expressive arts as a path for deep listening, deeper connection, and heartfelt expression.
In this workshop, you will be invited to:
✨ Explore your experience of elderhood with expressive art
✨ Attend to personal stories of aging, identity, loss, and renewal
✨ Create and reflect in community with others on a similar journey
✨ Trust the wisdom that arises through your creative process
✨ Embrace aging not as diminishment, but as becoming
We will work with visual art, movement, writing, and reflective dialogue as ways of accessing inner knowing and deep experience.
This is a space of compassion, curiosity, and creative presence — held with care, support, and shared intention.
