Taste over 22 varieties of organic, premium teas
How to perform three styles of tea ceremony
You will visit a local biodynamic tea farm and craft your own tea from fresh leaves
How to distinguish the main types of tea and their processing methods
How to select and use the appropriate teaware
How to integrate tea as a practice of self-cultivation, mindfulness, and self-mastery
How to apply the aesthetic principles of tea to your daily life
Connection with tea community

Learn the origin and history of tea and discover your own journey with tea

Lesson 2: Seven Genres of Tea
Learn about the seven main types of tea (white, green, yellow, wulong, red, black, pu'er) and understand how they are made and their history and origin
DAY 2 Tuesday
8-11 AM
Lesson 3: 5 Elements of Tea
Learn the best water for tea and the best way to heat it. Also learn about how to choose and utilize the best teaware

Lesson 4: Tea Preparation
Learn the fundamentals of tea preparation to start making delicious tea for yourself and others

Lesson 5: Tea in Indonesia,
Trip to Tea Farm
Visit a biodynamic organic tea Farm here in Bali and see first hand the cultivation and processing of sustainable tea
